to provide products or services to you. BankFirst maintains

with service providers under written agreement. BankFirst will
have exclusive use of this information.
Since BankFirst values our customer relationship with you, we
will not disclose any information you might consider to be private

credit bureaus, IRS Reporting, responses to subpoenas, search
warrants, summons.
If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive
customer, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as
